Your New Role

Step into a dynamic and crucial role as a Service Coordinator for a team of expert fire safety and HVAC specialists. As a key member of the expanding fire services team in Artarmon, you'll be at the heart of keeping our community safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound & outbound calls from clients
  • Book & schedule technicians for on-site jobs
  • Keep clients & technicians in the loop with regular updates
  • Process invoices & finalise completed jobs
  • General admin tasks including invoicing and reporting

About You

  • A confident communicator with great people skills
  • Organised, reliable, and ready to learn
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Simpo experience is a plus but not essential
  • Previous administration, coordination or scheduling experience is desirable
